Where the agreement provides for transfer of rights to final deliverables, that transfer will take effect according to the agreed terms, which may include full payment.
VirsaaTech retains rights to its pre-existing tools, methods, reusable components, and materials unless otherwise agreed.
Third-party fonts, images, plugins, software, and other assets may be subject to separate licenses and usage restrictions.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide materials they are legally entitled to use and must obtain necessary permissions for any logos, images, text, or other assets supplied to us.
Clients are responsible for reviewing final deliverables for accuracy and confirming that the work meets their stated requirements.
